Whether you decide to pick up your purchase or have us deliver it, we will make sure it all goes smoothly.

Delivery Policy

Holmwood’s Furniture offers delivery service. We deliver to specific towns on designated days of the week. When your merchandise is available, we will call you to set up a convenient delivery date.

Here are a few guidelines to make your delivery go smoothly

          All orders must be paid in full prior to scheduling a delivery.

          We will call you the evening before a scheduled delivery date with an estimated time frame for delivery of your merchandise.

          We request that you accept delivery of merchandise within 14 days of being notified. If this is inconvenient, please let us know so we can make other arrangements.

If scheduling conflicts arise, please call Holmwood’s Delivery Department at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled delivery. The Delivery Department phone number is 603-692-4663 EXT 104. Delivery Department hours are Wednesday through Saturday 10:00 AM to 6:00PM. Our Central Warehouse is open for Pick-ups 7 days a week during normal business hours.

PLEASE NOTE: To ensure the safety of our delivery team, we reserve the right to cancel or delay deliveries during hazardous weather conditions.


          Please clear the room (s) in which your new furniture will be placed. Our delivery associates cannot move or remove existing furniture without management approval.

         If a delivery requires the removal of a door, door frame or window, please make necessary arrangements in advance of scheduled delivery.

         Snow Removal- Be sure to clear walkways/ driveways of any snow or ice.


          We will help arrange for pickup of your merchandise. Here are a few guidelines for that process:

          You need to come into the store and Customer Service will invoice your paperwork and direct you to the pickup area.

          Please pickup your merchandise within 14 days of payment. For not-in-stock items, pickup must occur within 14 days of being notified of availability. If this is inconvenient, please call us so we can make alternative arrangements.

          Please remember rope to tie down in open pickups or trailers.

          Blankets- to wrap your investment, boxes not always available.

          Unfinished Furniture should NOT be picked up during inclement weather.
